Passionate about talent development and leadership, she supports organizations through cultural and organizational transformation processes, promoting innovative, sustainable, and people-centered management models adapted to today’s evolving challenges.
Her participation as a mentor in Star Girls comes from a strong personal motivation to contribute to the development of future generations of women and to create a positive social impact through education, inspiration, and guidance. She has been especially inspired by the transformative dimension of the project, the methodology used to bring young women closer to STEM fields and renewable energy environments, as well as the collaboration between different countries to drive an initiative with international reach.
In addition, she highly values the opportunity to share experiences and learn from other committed mentors, building a network of inspiring women from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. For her, being able to support and inspire young women in this nation is a unique opportunity to foster confidence, awaken vocations, and encourage more girls to envision themselves as future leaders in strategic and sustainable sectors.
