STAR Girls is looking for women who want to mentor, inspire, and empower the next generation of girls in clean and renewable energy. In just 15–20 minutes, tell us who you are, what drives you, and how you’d like to take part.

Time investment for mentors

1. Preparation and training

  • Participation in mentor training (transnational and/or national)
  • Time investment: ± 8–12 hours (training + preparation)
  • September 2026 – December 2026

2. Mentoring during experimentation

  • Guidance of one or more mentees during a school year
  • Time investment: ± 1–2 hours per week → ± 16–32 hours total
  • November 2026 –February 2027 (4-6 months)

3. Participation in events / promotion

  • Time investment: 2–6 hours depending on availability
Selection Procedure

Total estimated time investment per mentor:

± 30–50 hours spread over 6-8 months
